Shipping Policy

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. If there is no specific shipping instruction provided, we will find the cheapest way to ship your order.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 3-4 business days.

 

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax COD charges will apply for COD shipments.

 

International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message with order or contact us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

 

Return, Exchange Policy, Cancellations

No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.

Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 25% handing charge. We will only give credit for merchandise received based on original claim.

If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellation after 24 hours, you might be charged 25% restocking charge.

 

Damaged & Shortage Claims

Please inspect all merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receipt. Any damages or defective products should be reported to us within 3 days upon receipt of order.

Incorrect items will only be refunded if it is due to our error.
